�1. NO Spamming
Spamming on the boards or in the ChatBox is absolutely NOT tolerated under any circumstance.

2. NO Multi-Accounts
Users are limited to one account per IP. If a multiple account is found all accounts connected to that IP will be banned.

3. NO Biting or Recycling
Biting or Recycling is a definite no no, all violators will receive heavy penalties. This means no re-using other battles from other sites even if they are yours. Biting is absolutely not tolerated under any circumstances.

4. Swaying/Feeding Battles
Swaying and Feeding Battles is not allowed. If you can't win a battle fair and square and feel the need to result in cheating you will be banned. So play fairly or leave.

5. No Misleading Information
Framing other members in a result to get them banned or PMing moderators / admins about other members without valid proof of them breaking the rules is not tolerated and could result in you getting banned depending on the situation. So please make sure you have the proof before reporting somebody.


PENALTIES

1. Spamming: Permanent IP Ban

If there are two users in the same household you must PM a moderator / admin upon joining. To prevent further action even include possible members in the same household.
