If you have been banned by RAHSTYLES.COM and attempt to register again using some means to get around the ban, such as using another email address, you agree to a $10000.00 dollar reinstatement fee. By clicking "register" at the bottom of this page, you agree to this fee. You also agree that any disputes will be resolved in Southern California courts.
In consideration for being allowed to participate in this forum you have agreed to hold harmless and defend, reimburse and indemnify RAHSTYLES.COM and all the sites administrators from any liability arising from the use of this forum. You further agree to hold harmless and defend, reimburse and indemnify RAHSTYLES.COM and all the sites administrators from any claims brought by third parties, such as insurance carriers, health care providers, or governmental entities, for reimbursement or other damages as a result of statements you have made or payments to you or on your behalf for any injury or damages (such as reputation) you may suffer or have suffered.
